Getting started is the hardest part! Once you’ve decided to make a healthier change for the better, you have everything you need to succeed at your fingertips.
Set up your account, and link it to the Balance Well app. Don't worry about setting up your goals, we will take care of that once we have tracked your first three days of nutritional intake, and reviewed your program with you.


This is a critical step. For 3 days, you need to record everything you are eating and drinking and log it in My Fitness Pal (available for iphone, android, and desktops). We are looking for everything you are eating and an approximate amount.
Once we get the above info/forms from you, we will work out the calculations and a build your individual customized plans, taking into account your unique goals. This will take us a couple of days.


These will include specifics that are provided in your customized package, and are things like energy levels, roadblocks you have experienced, and sleep quality, to name a few. This is also when you will provide your weekly measurements and photos.
Then that is it! The rest is up to you!
